CBSE Malappuram District English Fest:
MES Tirur Wins Overall Championship
MES Central School, Tirur, emerged as the overall champions of Lingua Gusto, the CBSE Malappuram District English Fest organized under the auspices of Malappuram Central Sahodaya, securing 255 points. MES School, Puthanathani, finished second with 218 points, while Algebra Global School, Koppam, secured third place with 190 points. MES Central School, Tirur, won the championship in Categories III and IV. Around 1,000 students from various CBSE schools across the district competed in 23 events. The valedictory ceremony was inaugurated by Kurukkoli Moideen MLA. School Chairman Adv. Hussain Koya Thangal presided over the function. School Principal V.P. Madhusoodhanan delivered the welcome address, while Malappuram Central Sahodaya President Noufal Puthanpeediyekkal delivered the keynote address. School Secretary P.A. Salam Lillis, Blossom Public School Principal Biju, and Ideal Public School Principal Priya also spoke. Vice Principal P.T. Benny proposed the vote of thanks. As part of the programme, Kurukkoli Moideen MLA also inaugurated the clothing distribution centre operated under ‘V4U' the charitable initiative of MES Central School, Tirur.
