The Pre-Primary Section celebrated Maria Montessori Day with a special assembly to remember and honour the great educator, Dr. Maria Montessori. As part of the celebration, a student dressed up as Maria Montessori and shared a meaningful message with the children. Our beloved HM, Mrs. Hemalatha, spoke about the Montessori method and explained how it helps children become independent, confident, curious, and responsible learners. Later, Maria Montessori “visited” all the learning environments, making the celebration enjoyable and meaningful for the children. Through this activity, the little learners learned about her life, her contributions, and the Montessori principles followed in our school. Our respected Principal, Mr. Madhusudanan, and Vice-Principal, Mr. Benny P. T., encouraged the children and conveyed their warm wishes. It was a joyful and meaningful celebration that helped our children understand the importance of learning through independence, exploration, and experience.
